Join us For Mediterranean Cuisine in the Loma Portal Area
Contact Janet (see below) to RSVP and get directions.
A group of adventurous club members meet on the Third Tuesday of Each Month, for dinner at different Ethnic restaurants in central San Diego. Our goal is to find authentic, Mom and Pop establishments, in ethnic neighborhoods, that are clean, and reasonably priced. Our first meeting was at La Sevilla on December, l994 and we have met continuously since! Including our Christmas pot lucks (where we bring dishes from our own ethnic backgrounds) we have met over 100 times! We have visited 55 different restaurants, of 34 different cuisines!! Usually l5-20 attend. We welcome new members to our group and also restaurant suggestions. Since we need to inform these (usually small) restaurants of our visit, reservations are essential.
